PEPTOS ROYAL PISTOL

One of our goals is to provide quality horses to people who are quality owners.

 "Oden"

Oden is Pistol's first born colt. He is an APHA dark bay stud colt that is bred to succeed in roping and speed events. Top side is "Peptos Royal Pistol" while his dam is Weiscamp bred on top & TB on the bottom. Her maternal Grandsire is Snow Chief, the 1987 Preakness Stakes Winner.

 Kips Painted Angel

aka "Dolly"

Dolly is a 2003 APHA registered Bay Tobiano Mare.  She is 14.3 hh with a strong build.  Dolly was acquired last fall without any training.  She has been started and is ready to go in any direction you wish.

Ali Oop Oop

aka "Fancy"

Fancy is a 1991 AQHA Bay Mare out of Pep of Smoke and At Her Best.  She has Mr. Gun Smoke and Tiny Watch right on her papers.  She is a quick mare that has babysat many children in the gymkhana arena, provided hours of team sorting fun, and is a proven broodmare.  She is dam to our 2007 Filly "Jewel."

Lola is a 2000 AQHA Gray Mare out of Peppermint Doc and Double Spade. She is a great all-around horse, being ridden both on the trail and in the area, on cows and around barrels.

Joya de la Matador

aka "Jewel"

Jewel is a 2007 AQHA Dun mare, out of Gold Matador (Two Eyed Jack bred) and our mare Fancy (Ali Oop Oop).  She is in the process of also being registered with the International Buckskin Horse Association, and should qualify as a Foundation Quarter Horse.  She has great conformation, good bone, and a sweet disposition.  She is sure to be very cowy and fast.  Should mature to about 15 hh.

"Oh My Crusin For Sugar"

Athena is a 2001 APHA Sorrel Overo Mare out of a Medicine Hat Overo (Oh My Gosh) and a Palomino AQHA mare (Docs Kitty Bar, who has Leo on her papers!)  Athena is a great all-around mare that has been ridden in the arena, on the trail, on cows, and in western trail classes.  She has a sweet disposition and wants to please!

Peptos Royal Pistol

aka "Pistol"

Pistol is a 2003 AQHA Sorrel Stallion out of a son of Peptomoonsmal and a daughter of Smart Little Pistol.  Pistol comes from select cutting stock to create a horse with strength and agility to take you anywhere you want to go.  With that and a great disposition, you can't lose!  Unshown as a 2 yr old due to injury, but is currently training with Peter Kollinzas in Lincoln (805) 208-3474.  His first foal crop will be on the ground in 2008.  Pistol has been tested for HERDA and is Negative/Negative.
