PEPTOS ROYAL PISTOL

Pistol's first foal crop is starting to hit the ground!  So far they are all colts, but they all have personality plus, and that show ring presence we all crave!  All that at less than 1 week of age!

If the first foal crop is any indication, Pistol is letting the mare decide the color of the foal!

This little bay colt was born on March 18, 2008 (he is less than 24 hours old in the top picture).  He is our first Pistol Baby!  His mother is California Snow, an APHA BS mare owned by Polly Craig!   He has already been imprinted and is a joy to be around!.  What a beautiful baby!

March 19th suprised us with this beautiful colt.  He is out of a Colonel Freckles' mare owned by Lisa Halop.  Congratulations Lisa on such a wonderful colt!  

Another colt!  This guy was born on March 20th at 10:30 p.m.  He is out of a Peppy San Badger and Montana Doc mare owned by Corey Collins.   Four white socks and a blaze!  Might have a bit of roan, will have to see his summer coat!  What a beautiful baby!  Congrats Corey! Pictures taken at 5 days old.

It looks like it might be all boys this year!  This guy was born on April 8th out of a Jackie Bee mare owned by Tina Lewis.  He may be a bay, but also might end up turning gray like his dam.  Congratulations Tina!

Our final foal for 2008 and it's another colt!  We definitely did not expect this color though!   This guy was born May 1st, out of a Bueno Chex mare owned by Darcy.  We are wondering what his adult color will be, but it looks like black or smoke color!! Quite the package, Darcy!  Thank you.
